一、评选对象
全日制在校学生，现招收的河海国际学生，各专业、各学科均可参加。
以下情况不予参评：
（1）2025年入学新生。
（2）延期毕业的学生。
（3）课程有不及格的学生。
（4）有欠交学费、住宿费情况的学生。
（5）不按要求及时购买医疗保险的学生。
（6）违反法律法规、校纪校规的学生。
（7）曾获得“海韵风华十杰百佳”优秀学生荣誉称号的学生。
二、评选类别及条件
在以下两种类别中取得优异成绩的优秀学生，可以选择其中一个类别进行申报：
（1）学习研究：本科学生累计GPA排名专业前5%，研究生课程平均分排名专业前三；在学术研究、科技发明方面成果突出，以第一作者或通讯作者公开发表高水平学术论文或获得发明专利授权或受理。
（2）国际交流：在我校接受学历教育、综合表现突出的留学生。候选人具备同等参评条件的情况下，在河海大学国际教育学院招生、校友、志愿者工作中有突出贡献的学生优先推荐。
三、截止日期
2026年3月20日。
四、申报材料
（1）候选人登记表（Word）。
（2）候选人汇总表（Excel）。
（3）候选人事迹材料（中文，A4纸，3号仿宋字体）。
事迹材料包括个人事迹简介和个人事迹两部分。
第一部分为个人事迹简介（200字左右），包括姓名、性别、国籍、院校、专业、就读期间获得的重要奖项及重要荣誉（限校级及以上）。所获奖项按奖学金、竞赛、荣誉称号等顺序列出，同一类奖项取级别最高者。
范例：XIAO MING (肖明)，男，XXX国人，XXX学院XXX级XXX专业博士研究生。在读博期间，获XXXX年江苏省政府优秀留学生奖学金，发表论文15篇，其中SCI收录7篇（第一作者7篇），一般期刊收录8篇（第一作者4篇，第二作者2篇，第三作者2篇）。多次参加国内外活动，如XXXX年"你好南京"南京国际书信文化交流展、南京水利科学研究院举办的“一带一路”大坝安全科学研讨会等。xxxx年度获得河海大学国际教育学院优秀志愿者称号。
第二部分为个人事迹（1500字左右），包括标题和正文。标题应简洁精确，集中反映中心思想。正文要主题突出、语言流畅，以某一方面的突出表现或一个典型事迹为主线，展开内涵丰富的故事性叙述，避免简单机械地罗列成文。
范例：可参照河海大学官方微信“推TA上头条”分篇章写。

（4）证明材料。
提供事迹材料中涉及到的主要奖项、荣誉的证书扫描件（限5项，与候选人登记表中填报内容保持一致）、科研成果证明材料扫描件、教务系统输出的入学以来学习成绩单和成绩排名证明，以及其他证明文件的扫描件等。证明材料请按顺序合并成一个PDF。
（5）个人照片。
提供不同场景中反映学生各方面成长表现的照片不少于5张（体现学习、工作、生活各方面的个人照）。每张照片不少于2M，JPG格式，横版、竖版各2-3张，人像所占画面比例不低于50%。

Notice on Candidates Nomination of the Top 10 Outstanding Students in Hohai University
I. Applicant
Currently enrolled Hohai international students in all majors and disciplines may participate.
NOT including：
（1）New students enrolled in 2025.
（2）Students in extension .
（3）Students with failing grades in courses .
（4）Students who owe pay tuition and accommodation fee.
（5）Students who do not purchase medical insurance in a timely manner as required.
（6）Students who violate laws and regulations, school discipline and rules.
（7）Students who have won the Top 10 Outstanding Students will not be eligible for the award.
II. Two Categories of Candidates
Talented students who have achieved their success in either of the following two categories may choose one to apply for.
1. 学习研究：Candidate for Research
The cumulative GPA of undergraduate students is ranked among the top 5% of the major, and the average score of graduate courses is ranked among the top three of the major. Outstanding achievements in academic research, scientific and technological inventions, with high level academic papers published publicly as the first author or corresponding author or patents for inventions authorised or accepted.
2. 国际交流：Candidate for International Communication
International students who have outstanding comprehensive performance in academic education. When candidates are equally qualified for evaluation, priority will be given to students who have made outstanding contributions in the areas of admissions, alumni relations, and volunteer work at International School.

IV. Materials Requirement
(1) Candidate Registration Form (Word)
(2) Collective Form (Excel)
(3) Self Statement (In Chinese, A4 sized paper written using 3-point Fangsong仿宋 font). It consists of two parts:
The first part is a brief description of the self statement (about 200 words), including name, gender, nationality, institution, major, important awards and honours received during the study period (the university level and above only). The awards are listed in the order of scholarships, competitions, honours, etc., with the highest rank in the same category.

The second part is the self statement (about 1500 words), including the title and text. The title should be concise and precise, reflecting the core idea. The text should be thematically prominent, fluent language, with a particular aspect of outstanding performance or a typical event as the main line, to develop a rich story narrative, to avoid simply listing.
Example: You can refer to the official WeChat of Hohai University ‘推TA上头条’ to write in chapters.

（4）Supporting Materials
Provide scanned copies of certificates of major awards and honours involved in the self statement (limited to 5 items, consistent with the contents filled in the candidate registration form), scanned copies of certificates of research achievements, transcripts of studies since enrollment and proof of ranking of grades (please download from the Academic System), as well as scanned copies of other supporting documents. Please combine the supporting documents into one PDF in order.
（5）Personal photos
Provide at least 5 personal photos, including study, work and life. Each photo shall be no less than 2M, in JPG format, with 2-3 photos each in horizontal and vertical format, and the proportion of portrait shall not be less than 50%.
